Morning POD
10:00 AM - 12:50 PM

Math & Language Arts

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Drop off starts at 9:50 and pick up is at 12:50. Students must be picked up by 1 PM unless enrolled for a 1 PM class.

Electives
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Drop off for 1 PM electives begins at 12:50.  Students not staying for an enrichment POD must be picked up by 2:10.

Playdough Science with Ms. Amber

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Ages 5-7

Young learners will be introduced to the various branches of science as we create with playdough. From space to the Earth's core to chemistry, animals and habitats, we'll explore a different topic every week while creating a hands-on model related to each week's topic.​ Supply Fee: $10

Sharks! Living and Extinct with Ms. Jenn

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Ages 8+

Come learn all about the history of sharks from the Ordovician period to the present!  We will look at the unique abilities of these often-misunderstood animals, as well as the different extinct species of sharks and how they've evolved since the giant Megaladon.

ASL 1: Sign as you Go! with Ms. Kaitlyn

Ages 10+

Learn the basics of ASL through topic-based lessons.  We will explore various categories including greetings, animals, food, and more!

Glow in the Dark Art with Ms. Brittany

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Ages 7-10

Get ready to unleash your creativity! Students will use fluorescent crayons, paints, chalks, and other vibrant art supplies to create dazzling masterpieces that come to life under blacklights. It's going to be a glowing adventure in art!​

I Can't Live without my Phone! With Meka Taulbee (Holistic Health Coach)

Ages 10+

​Students: Does it seem like your parents never get it? Are you feeling some pressure from your family and your friends regarding your social media?  We'll chat about the difficulties of being a tween/teen in 2024 and look at the good and not-so-good sides of screens.

 

Teen Book Club with Ms. Jasmine

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Ages 10+

Join us in reading Skyward by #1 NYT bestselling author Brandon Sanderson. This fast-paced sci-fi adventure, described as part Top Gun, part Eragon, will captivate readers while exploring its themes and writing.

Prerequisite: Must be a fluent reader.

Ages 10+

Parents - Are you sick of pestering your kids to finish their homework? Are they having trouble completing their in-class worksheets? Let Love Learning's directors be the bad guys! #nomorewhining

Enrichment PODs
2:10 PM - 5:00 PM

Drop off starts at 2:00 and pick up is at 5:00. Students must be picked up by 5:10 PM.

Early Learners with Ms. Erica

Ages 5-7

​Join us for a fun-filled kindergarten class where we will explore the world through exciting hands-on activities and interactive games. Our nurturing environment encourages creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning!

Art  and Culture around the World with Ms. Brittany

Ages 8+

Students will learn about different countries around the world both big and small! Lessons will include creating artwork related to the culture, learning about famous landmarks, identifying coins/currency from each country, and learning about their traditions!​

Supply Fee: $15

Minecraft Education with Ms. Tara

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Ages 8+

Learn math, language arts, social studies, and science through the world of Minecraft.  We will start each class with a fun lesson, followed by an interactive activity in the world of Minecraft Education. 

Supply Fee: $10 (if new to Minecraft education)

Computer Literacy and Keyboarding with Ms. Jasmine

Ages 10+

Students will gain essential skills for computer use and digital communication, including computer components, basic file management, word processing, internet navigation, and online safety. They'll also develop typing proficiency and create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Students must bring a laptop computer from home.

Sci-Fi Debate with Ms. Janice

Ages 10+

Learn debate techniques while exploring the philosophical and scientific aspects of popular sci-fi movies. Some classes will feature "popcorn sessions" where we watch excerpts from selected films together, discussing and taking notes for upcoming debates.

Marine Biology with Ms. Jenn

Currently Full.  All new registrations will be added to the waitlist.

Ages 10+

Dive into the fascinating world of marine biology as we explore the diverse ecosystems and incredible creatures that inhabit our oceans. Through hands-on activities and engaging lessons, students will discover the wonders of marine life and the importance of ocean conservation.
